Sage, palo santo and ruda cleansing kit

Three of the most widely used plants in smudging and spiritual practice, together in one kit. Palo santo is a sacred wood from South America with a warm, sweet, resinous scent that has been used in ritual and spiritual practice across the region for generations. Ruda, also known as rue, is a herb deeply rooted in Latin American folk tradition, long associated with protection and spiritual cleansing and widely used in ceremonies across South and Central America.

To use palo santo, hold the stick at a 45 degree angle toward a flame, let it catch for about 30 seconds, then blow it out. The ember will produce a steady stream of smoke. To use the sage or ruda, hold the bundle at a 45 degree angle, light it and let it burn for about 20 seconds before blowing out the flame.

Use in a well ventilated space, away from flammable materials. Never leave burning materials unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
