Return & Exchange
At Aro Crafts, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. Therefore, we offer a straightforward return policy for your convenience. 15-Day Return Window.
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. In its original packaging.
3. Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items can't be returned due to their nature. These include: Perishable goods (certain dried herbs if specified), Personalized or custom-made items, Gift cards, Items marked as final sale, Used skincare products due to hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to info@arocrafts.com within 15 days of your purchase to initiate a return. In your email, please include:
1. Your order number.
2. The item(s) you wish to return.
3. The reason for your return.
Await Instructions: Once we receive your return request, we'll review it and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including the return shipping address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and then place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us immediately at info@arocrafts.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
