We process orders within 1-2 business days. This gives us time to carefully prepare everything before it ships out. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

We use a variety of trusted couriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently!

Canada: We primarily use Fleet Optics, Flashbox, ChitChats, and UniUni. For those harder-to-reach rural areas, we rely on Canada Post to ensure your package arrives safely.

United States: For all US orders, we ship with UPS and USPS.

Europe: We use PostNL and Royal Mail to deliver throughout Europe.

Australia: You can expect your delivery from Team Global Express or DragonFly AU.
