Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide from Toronto, Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Canada:

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express shipping: 1-3 business days

United States:

  • Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express shipping: 2-5 business days

International:

  • Standard shipping: 10-21 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $80 CAD.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your package's journey to your door.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@arocrafts.com with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional shipping fees.
