Ruda (Rue) sage is of the finest quality, and it can used for protection, purification, and cleansing of negative energy. INSTRUCTIONS:
Hold the sage at a 45-degree angle, light it using your match or candle, and let it burn for about 20 seconds. Wait 20-30 minutes to allow the sage smoke to reach maximum potency.
